End Stop Clip & Spring

The end stop clip on a GoJak serves a critical safety and operational role in ensuring proper alignment and retention of moving parts.  Its purpose is to prevent components from sliding out of position during operation.

Key Functions of the End Stop Clip

1. Prevents Axial Movement
   The clip holds axles or pedal arms in place by stopping them from sliding along their shafts. This is especially important in high-load or high-vibration conditions where components might otherwise shift or disengage.

2. Secures the Ratchet Shaft or Pedal Arm
   In many GoJak models, the end stop clip is used at the end of the pedal or ratchet shaft to keep it from backing out during lifting or lowering cycles.

3. Maintains Structural Integrity
   Without this clip, critical parts like the lifting mechanism could become loose or disassembled, leading to failure during use.

Warning if Missing:

If the end stop clip is damaged or missing, the GoJak may:

• Fail to lift or roll properly.

• Become unstable under load.
